North Carolina Folk Festival

This project presents a single key visual poster concept for the North Carolina Folk Festival, designed for public-facing promotion and event information display. The goal was to maintain a warm, retro, community-forward tone while improving readability—so essential details can be understood quickly from a distance as well as on mobile. The layout uses a clear hierarchy and a structured system (headline → dates → program blocks), breaking dense content into scannable modules. A consistent use of frames, color blocks, and icon-like motifs builds a steady visual rhythm and cohesive identity. Final deliverables were prepared with both print production and digital rollout in mind, ensuring consistent legibility, recognition, and production-ready output across formats.
